So basically admins see that introduction of THIRD rating system (merits) is generally is not that OK idea and do nothing? Sad

There is a complaint board. You're posting in it. Meta is for any issues regrading the forum so that's why there's lots of people complaining about various things in here. Not sure if you mean have a new subsection or just one thread for people to complain about the various issues in but that would quickly become an unorganised mess and very counterproductive.

I agree with this some of them just create new topic to fulfill their sig campaigns, If we have a new board for complaints it should be on OFF-TOPIC childboard for them not to spam it just for their sig. campaigns.

All we need is a sock puppet board - that would get rid of at least half of the posts/threads.

Really, I think it could be a good idea to avoid duplicate topics that I saw it all day. Meta section is full with these threads, especially people who talk about merit.. It passed around 2 months and people still talk about this system. I think all new members in the forum should refer to only one topic which everything introduced there to understand how the merit system work, they are not obligated to create another topic about the same thing and if anyone caught opening a new topic with the same content, it should be removed by moderators. We want "Meta" section becomes more clean.

I saw too many post in every thread about complaining about user spamming , hacking, merit complaining, etc.. etc.. why there is no complaint thread in bitcointalk?? it may help full to developers and moderator for easy monitoring on issue or complaint submitted by users.
