If you are the only one having this problem, then maybe the quality of the photo you sent was not really good. Make sure that all the details in the ID are readable in the photo.Why not try again?
I'm a signature bounty participant, I clearly followed the terms of the project as part of the promotion campaign and wrote the message, everything was right.
Yesterday I was denied all day in the KYC procedure.
I have thrown many scanners of my passports: both foreign and Ukrainian.
They constantly wrote about the low quality of the photo, although in reality it was quite high quality.
Managers of this project are unfair and behave very unprofitable.
They simply did not want to pay me my honestly earned money.
