You best bet is to buy a computer case and build a "gaming rig" with 2 of those 280X in crossfire and sell the other 2 GPUs individually.
Sell it on your local kijiji or Craiglists. Trust me it will sell very fast. People buy these GPUs for gaming, encoding, rendering work, etc.
