The white paper says the team is keeping 35% for founders and developers.

Most Coins or Tokens I've found do not follow any Rules or Regulations involving the SEC.  I think I've found one compliant thus far

This token i've found seems to be following all the rules and regulations by creating a token and not doing an ICO.  They've created a Token and are giving away ALL of the tokens.  I haven't heard of any other token that has done this.  This avoids being scammed and wasting money on ICO's that will more than 90% of the time be scams.

This group has several developers working on applications and seems like a decent token for applicable reasons.

Original Crypto Coin is the group.

Let me know if you have heard of any other tokens that have 'given' away all of their tokens such as this group
But if all the coins are being given away and the devs are not keeping anything then what incentive the devs have? They have no skin in the game, if the devs keep a small amount of the coins then that tells me they want the project to be successful since the bigger the price of the coin the bigger their earnings but if what you are saying is true how are the developers going to benefit from this.

I never concern about the project which give all of the token giving away.
I dont think it will worth if all the toke give away like airdrop and no token sale. Its like no demand to buy but only people who want to sell.

That is good for them, then they won't have to worry about prosecution like all the other coins have. You could say the same thing about other coins that have not had an ICO but are airdropping and giving them all away? Right now Bitcore, DeepOnion, and Byteball are all airdropping, would they be free of persecution too then?
