Students on 6mos visas sell their leases to other people under the table, you can move straight into a furnished apartment with no ID and no record of you living there. Perfect if all your work is online anyways

Guy selling his biz why don't you just lease it to your employee since he already runs day2day.

over 350+ clients serviced since then.
just in the build up of the name and reputation has been over 200K in the last 10 years
Google search for the business also is grandfathered in so any klamath falls computer repair or onsite service will be at the top of the list. (15K value)
