1. No sitting a long time, do an exercise 5 mins per 1 hour (just leave out the seat, walk around).
2. Play a sport (swimming, jog,..).
3. Take a faraway look per 1 hour working.
4. No working in the place where is lack of the light.
I think you will be good.

In this modern era, computers of various forms and types have made certain works easier and faster with more accuracy. Computer usage can impact on the health of the individual positively or negatively depending on certain factors. Sitting in front of computers for long hours may have a negative impacts on the health of the individual. Examples of such impacts are back pains, eye problems, just to mention a few. I think computer etiquette is necessary to reduce or prevent the negative impacts associated with computer usage.

I spend 8 hours a day using a computer. Because I work in an office, although it is very harmful to work in a computer, it is a job that I have to accept.

What is interesting is how scientists are preparing for a future where our bodies won't be a hindrance anymore. What if we all were to live in a virtual world?

I can spend 6 hours in front of the computer. Being in front of a computer screen will not be tormented if we really like it and are used to it. Examples are gamers, they can play strong for more than 8 hours, they never feel tortured, because it is their hobby.

I am every day always at the computer but not more than 6 hours, my job is a youtuber, making a script, recording and editing. The work I do is identical to the computer but not as bad as the office administration job where one has to face the computer for more than 6 hours and wrestle with numbers and letters.

Hi guys, how do you deal with spending extended time using a computer? In this digital era this has become a standard, being in a sitting or lying position staring at a screen most of the productive hours of the day. The fact is I love all the technology but not sure how long the body can take it. We are the first generations ever to live this type of sedentary lifestyle...
The human body is not suitable for a very long sitting position, and if the chair you are sitting in is of poor quality, hard times are waiting for you in the coming years.
