i have tried to connect computer with wifi to the 4g router, all fine then i have tried to connect the switch from computer and also connect the 5 pcs of s9 to switch

i have tried to run the ipreporter but nothing got, also ip scanner and nothing,

can somebody help me ?

Try this (or similar) solution: http://www.dummies.com/computers/pcs/how-to-share-your-laptops-internet-access-with-another-pc/

In your case it's better to share a wired connection of your PC. Also a DHCP server on your PC is necessary too, I guess. Here is the first link I found: http://www.dhcpserver.de/cms/

But the simpliest solution for you will be a new suitable, robust, simple router like Zyxel Keenetic Viva.

I would suggest you have a wireless bridge adapter.

To connect an ethernet port device to wi-fi by using that adapter.

You can buy one ready or configure a regular router (wi-fi and lan ports) by installing DD-WRT firmware to it and set it in the wireless client bridge mode.

Or another option is to have a new 4G router with lan ports.
