OP, have you checked the Bitcoin address? It might be another one that differs from the one you meant to send the funds to. Please, check the address again, and if it is correct, you should file a ticket to the support section of bitblender.

Yeah that is a very disgusting situation and the fact of those transaction behind whether confirmed or not, but the certain idea I come up in my mind is that, scam was happening in reality; personally it also happened to me. Mixing services is not legit in all aspects and you should be vigilant enough to know the background of their site, so that it could be avoided being scammed by those fake web adds. It's not a new story to hear about and this was already been mentioned in the previous topics in different section that there were mixing sites did faking of legit and reliable website, which has negative effect to the site itself.

Yes like suggested above try to contact them if you have used the real url but if not than there is no choice for you other than to forget about what you have deposited there.

I only use bitmixer and cryptomixer for mixing.

Also check if you have used the right Bitblender website which is https://bitblender.io/ and not the Bitcoinblender.com which is a scam website. If you unfortunately have sent money to the second website which ends in dotcom then you have been scammed. If you are sure that you have sent money to the official website of Bitblender the only ones who can help you are their support staff.

It has confirmed for more than 12 hours now.
Meaning you'll need to email support to see if they can manually add the deposit for you. (Send them the TX and ask them to credit your account with that amount).
