This is really a weird issue but after reading through your entire thread I couldn't find transaction I'd, no one can help you without that. It seems you have funds in a wallet and you're not able to move them, did you contact wallet support for next time use electrum wallet only, also you're saying you have imported private keys in different wallets are you sure you're checking the correct wallet?
Please be more detailed.
If you really want help, first answer my questions:
- Did you get a transaction ID when withdrawing your coins ?
- Did you check your address on a block explorer ? Does it show a transaction ?
