Conflict is a natural part of human interactions & can be both positive & negative. Constructive conflict encourages growth & innovation but destructive conflict causes harm. Effective conflict management involves open communication, empathy & seeking win - win solutions. If approaching conflict with respect & collaboration, it can lead to positive change & stronger relationships.

Conflict is usually missconceived  to be evil by many. But for the Chinese it is an opportunity + chance.

Depends on your narrative but on a norms, conflict is accompanied with negative impacts and it doesn't matter if it benefits a party or not. It's either an architect to dubious, suppress or oppress others which could lead to an opposition of holding sentiments whether politically, economically or otherwise.
It's typically a disputing interceptions against the other.

Many businessmen or entrepreneurs tend to see conflicts or problems as a chance to do something to profit off of. It might sound bad but that really is how it operates in the world. Innovation comes from problems.

Humans have problems/inconveniences > someone invents something to solve the problem > the demand for the solution increases > more people try to improve the solution or try to do something better

Well. I don't blame anyone who believes conflict is bad, to be honest . Specially in these crazy times we are living through, in which it seems we are at the edge of a global conflict of catastrophic levels.
Also, you talk abouthow the Chinese people see conflicts in the geopolitical way and try to capitalize on them for their own advantage, and while that may be true, we cannot forget The United States has placed their hegemony over the world by capitalizing on opportunities to turn conflicts into their favor. It can be oil, gas, bananas or anything they need. It just takes a look at their past to realize China is not alone in the game of capitalizing conflicts.
