One of my friends just told me to try wm-center.com

Anyone know about them, or can give me any feedback about them?

their rates seem better then any others I have seen and they seem to have been in this game for a long time.

In the US, you might try

https://bitfloor.com/

They have an option where you can deposit through a local Bank of America branch using localtill. I haven't tried it, but I've read it can take as little as 30 minutes for your funds to show (though it can take more like 24 hours).

I used the bank deposit for Bitfloor and highly recommend it. Very easy, no pesky verifications, super fast (money was in before I got home from the bank), and their site offers 2-step authentication.

I am really getting frustrated, I have been surfing the internet all day and watching youtube videos and still cannot figure out how to buy some damn bitcoins (very pissed off by now Angry ).

I want to use my credit card or bank account to buy some bitcoins and cannot figure out how to easily do this. It is really frustrating!

It seems like MT.GOX want you to jump through a thousand hoops to buy anything and do not simply accept a credit card or bank account purchase like any normal person. (am i missing something) I have been all over their website and cannot figure it out.  Huh

I registered with coinbase.com several days ago but every day I go on their site they have a message that says "We've exceeded our normal buy limits for today." and every time I go on their site for the past few days this message is there.

I am getting more and more pissed off about this. there is tuns of stuff on line about what to do with bitcoins when you got them and how to buy more bit coins when you have added funds to your acount but nothing I can find about how to add funds to an account to buy those bitcoins with. Tongue

Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or missing...

Thanks!

I'm stuck on the otherside of OP's problem, got crypto currency, but can't spend it. To much for anon cards, newegg cards can't do any longer over us govt restrictions.

Very unusable atm.

I'm stuck too.

How about

https://bitspend.net/

The reason for the difficulty is that you're trying to buy a currency via a transaction that cannot be reversed, with a payment type (credit card etc.) that can. This is too open to fraud, so they make sure you're legit before allowing you to do it.

In Europe, you might try

https://www.bitstamp.net/

These two will still have verification/KYC procedures, but they will go faster than Gox (and, I'm not sure about this, they may only apply to withdrawing funds, so you may be able to buy before the procedures are complete).

Or try

https://localbitcoins.com/

You will pay inflated prices with localbitcoins, but a minimum of hoops.

Also, search this forum (i.e. marketplace subforum) for buying options rather than youtube or a general internet search.

If you are having difficulty, then probably hundreds of other people are also having the same difficulty.

I'm in the same boat with many bitcoin issues usability issues.

Keep asking questions, we must all be in a quest to make bitcoin and other crypto currencies as user friendly
and understandable as possible.

Only then, will it truly catch on and be accessible to all.  We need to make this peer-to-peer, not just on the machine
level but on the intellectual level.

I hope someone answers!
