Do we have any thread where we can report ban evasions so that mods can look into the profiles and ban if appropriate?
As ar as I know there is no any such as thread. There is but don't know how effective that thread is, just remember Stherapist created a thread on that back in early January; Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban] you can use his thread as a reference point to highlight all the needed evidence to validate your report, copy the link to your reply and report to moderators or simply do that on this thread and direct the moderator to your reply via a link reference.
Good job OP, tagged all accounts as well although I noticed you didn't archived any of the evidence of the user abusing the campaigns in question, that's not a professional work lol. Keep it up.
