It is obviously that shahzadafzal was desperately seeking for a campaign to join, so he just forgot to change the name from the application form, which he is just copied from one of the previous comments; he hurried so much that he even didn't noticed the mistake 
But the connection between this two profiles can be easy checked if someone sees necessary in it.
