Constitution in Russia, or

why the priest accordion?

The Constitution of the United States of America was adopted in 1787. Two centuries later, the Constitution appeared in Russia under Nicholas II in 1906, but the trouble began, the Constitution, like a walking girl, each owner of the Kremlin undressed and dressed in a new outfit he liked. In short, subsequently the constitution in Russia was adopted in 1918, in 1924, in 1936 (Stalin's), in 1977 (Brezhnev's), in 1993 (democratic). But most of all this Constitution in all positions had the permanent President Putin, namely in 2008, in 2014, in 2019, and finally, God forbid, not for the last time, in 2020. As a result, after manipulating the constitution, it turned out that not the president is the guarantor of the constitution, but the constitution is the guarantor of the president, and not just the president, but President Putin. (1) It is noteworthy that the Russian people, who live not by the law, but by justice, this very Constitution, as they say, is not needed for a hundred years, and even more so a democratic one. The Russian people, by virtue of their mentality, do not accept Democracy, which provides for the active participation of the people in the organization of political and economic activities. The Russian people and Democracy are nonsense. (2) Under Yeltsin, the people spat blood when the emerging oligarchs, mostly of non-Russian nationality, took advantage of the passivity of the people and mercilessly plundered the country. Putin dispersed most of the oligarchs who did not want to play by his rules, and, in fact, established the previous totalitarian regime, calling it a sovereign democracy, that is, a democracy for a sovereign.

The venture associated with a strong-willed decision to introduce Democracy in Russia failed miserably due to compelling objective reasons. Although the reasons are objective, in reality they are subjective, because they relate to such a subject as the Russian people. (3) Democracy, constitution, elections - all these Western gadgets, alien to the Russian people, remained like a nightmare in the past, thanks to the benefactor Putin, the Russian people were freed from their unusual organizational responsibilities. Now there is a king again, even if he does what is supposed to be a king.
