You have to place the bet which will get the ID 250,000 on Coining A Dice.
On the tab "All Bets", you see the current bet ID
When this hits 250,000, the user who placed that bet will get 250000 Satoshi (2500 bits).
If the wager is more than 4 bits, we will also add an extra 0.25% of the wager to the reward.
