If you can pay it in BTC I think you can put this contest in services section here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0
Make sure that you can pay them and mostly they need to escrow the reward to any trusted member of this forum so that they can trust you.
If you are planning to pay in altcoin, not a bitcoin you must post this in altcoin bounty section.

I just sent you a merit for your help. Thanks again.

Thank you socks. I would absolutely be ok with escrow. I always pay my contests. The value of a legit contest is far to great to not pay however I do understand that some people have a problem with letting money to go. Even if they made a promise to pay such as with a contest. Thanks so much for the info and reply. It was very help and I appreciate it.

Are contest threads allowed that don’t have a “bump a Bitcointalk thread” component? I’ve read the “Giveaway threads aren’t allowed” thread and from what I can see giveaways that incentivize Bitcointalk posts and thread bumps aren’t allowed. I am looking to offer $100 in btc to a random winner to join a telegram channel. Is that allowed and if so can you please let me know which thread is the best. Is it altcoins announcements, etc? Thanks in advance.
