Friend, if you want to convert your bitcoins to paypal money, try hiribi.com exchange. Its a really good site. I always convert my bitcoins to paypal money using this exchange and till date I never had any issues with them. Even they have a thread in service announcement section of this forum. The owner of this exchange is always active in this forum. So if you have any issues, he will be available always to help you out.
Simple rule - don't use PayPal as payment for bitcoins. To be frank any reversible payment method is not ideal. Use it only when you know who are you dealing with.
The ability to open PayPal Dispute is so easy and chargeback can be done up to 180 days you basically won't be able to prove that you indeed sent the coins.
From what I know PayPal can even ban you when they will know that you are using their service it to buy/sell cryptocurrency.

sounds too good to be true. probably is. dont fall for it. use your brain. 
I was thinking if it's a legit question about the experience. As I've read it, it seems to me that it is some sort of advertisement. OP registered today and posted it today, just like this one before. Also, was mentioned that the site offers perfect rate, which is tbh not encouraging since it's too good to be true. Look at the last question as well : "What if community trust this exchange job?", words of persuasion.

First thing, how come they can gained profit out of their offered rates? It's risky to try the service and that is an obvious thing to think the moment we encountered that kind of site whether it is legit or not.

Too good to be true that $7,427 is not for real I have never use them and will not going to take a try to use them. Depend on the reliable exchange's rate or with preev.com as most of them are close to that rate. Don't believe with those sites that are offering very high price of bitcoin, if they want to be out of the business real quick they will do that. But they are just attracting deposits so that people will put their bitcoins their and once they've got it possible that they will runaway.

A perfect exchange rate at 7427?!? The current price is 5397 (according to coinmarketcap.com). Like @Slow death pointed out, do you really expect them to be just giving you money, or do you expect them to scam you.If you are looking to cash out via Paypal then try the currency exchange portion of this forum or Coinbase.

So they are donating? Do you believe that it is possible that they offer money? think, if they do this "donation" then what do they earn? because from what I saw the site (exchange) is a business of them, if it is a business, is expected to make a profit, then how is it possible for them to make donations? I think you already know the answer so stay away from this site and next time do not create a new account to ask this question because it seems that you are the owner of the site and came to advertise the site with this post.

This exchanger has no previous trade records. According to preev , it is $5350/bitcoin at the moment but this exchange shows more than $6000 in conversion.
We are quite strange to its trust, you are highly adviced to stay away and not to send your bitcoins over.
If you need to exchange your coins, just create a thread in Exchange board and prepare and escrow. Someone might be willing to deal

Their offering rate is too high than actual BTC rate ,I would advise to stay away.

A simple Google search for review would have saved all the troubles you to go through to make the thread but since its here already, I found this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/x-cryptocom-now-trading-with-wtf-prices-1344966 No enough information on the internet concerning it but one principle suffice on this which is 'if its too good to be true then its likely scam'. You are now the one to decide whether you can trust such service or try searching out for alternatives.
