Don't fall for such scams. First of all there are charging a premium price and secondly you don't know whether they are legit. If you want to convert your BTC to Paypal you can post here in this section and get it done. But be sure your deal with someone trusted and not with newbies waiting for a chance to scam you.
No site will accept PAYPAL so easily. Stay away from such and better use some legit exchange sites..
