But for a better rate, I admit the forum is a good place to buy/sell with PP.
It comes with its own perks if you're a less experienced member like the OP. The moment you post a thread to exchange your BTC, you'd have your inbox spammed with scammers claiming to be respected members of the community and can give them a good deal. I mean I open threads for currency exchange and I being a legendary member get messages from newbies asking me to go first lol out of all the places mentioned above, the forum is what will give great rates but also increases the chances of getting scammed by 90%

You have also the alternative to buy Paypal gift cards. There are a few websites accepting Bitcoin (i.e. Coinsbee.com) You pay a premium price like using LocalBitcoin or Paxful but at least you don't have to bother with KYC.
But for a better rate, I admit the forum is a good place to buy/sell with PP.

Any reason why they stop supporting Paypal?
I think that's a normal process for them to announce that they will stop their operation starting this January 2020.

hello, i have some btc that i want to get fiat quick without any KYC hasstle.  Any suggestions?

Currency exchange board is definitely the way to go.

Some people are recommending localbitcoins and paxful, but that requires KYC after you trade a certain amount ( I think $1k EUR cumulatively now? After the new regulations). So I don't think that is exactly what OP is looking for.

Just be careful of chargeback scams. Always deal with very well known members with a track record with reversible payments, and always use escrow.

Since you have mentioned "without KYC", expect that you will have a hard time founding a legit service. Person to person direct trade is the most convenient way to stay away from KYC although the risks here are, to whom will you trust.

The most convenient way I knew although it needs KYC is via your local crypto exchanges if there's any. Withdraw your funds from Paypal and deposit it from your local exchange. In most of the cases, the local crypto exchange does have access or partners at the most payment processors in your country, therefore, depositing your fiat to them is convenient and less hassle. Then from there, you may now buy bitcoin.

Here's the section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0
Just make sure to trade to high trusted users and newbie can be a scam.
OP, take note of the above.  There are quite a few members looking to buy bitcoin with PayPal, including myself--but I'm done buying for now, so I'm not making an offer here.  It's important to note what BitMaxz said, that you shouldn't necessarily trust high-ranked members or those with green trust, since accounts are frequently sold and even legitimate members have been known to scam for even small amounts.  PayPal isn't the best way to buy bitcoin unfortunately, but you might find someone who's willing to deal with you honestly.  Just be careful.

Virwox is also another option but I don't know if you can exchange your BTC fast.
I've looked at their site before, but that was a while ago and I recall not being impressed by them.  I'd much rather deal with members here than take my chances with a site like that and pay higher costs than I need to.  Usually you can do 1:1 trades based on the preev rate, and it's hard to beat that.

LocalBitcoins is your best bet. You'll end up giving away a lot of personal information if you want to trade there but since you're looking for PayPal you'll already have to give up your email and name. But plenty of verified sellers there. Alternatively, you can probably have trusted members send you paypal in the currency exchange section. Just know that you'll probably end up going first whereas in LBC you have an escrow system.

I've used them before but it's been a long time since I've not used them but the latest news on their dashboard says they no longer supporting PayPal since January of this year.

2019-01-26: PayPal no longer supported
PayPal is no longer available on VirWoX. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

And sadly, their service will end by January 6, 2020.

I didn't notice I thought they are still offering service Bitcoin to PayPal. Any reason why they stop supporting Paypal?
I think they might ban because they are offering to convert Paypal to bitcoin which is against Paypal policy.

Anyway, the only way to exchange or trade bitcoin is P2P either localbitcoins or find someone who can buy bitcoin with PayPal in currency exchange section just make sure to use escrow and only deal to trusted users here on the forum.

Try this section below and make your own thread tell them that you are selling bitcoin and accept PayPal or try to find some offers already posted there.

I think you can also trade and sell your bitcoin in localbitcoins and accept in paypal but I don't know if they need KYC for that because they have tier from non verified to verified seller but it seems you can be also allow to sell bitcoin even you are not verified user. This is not quick as suggested above.

Virwox is also another option but I don't know if you can exchange your BTC fast.
