We are now having a shortage of sellers in the USA (still 500 BTC for sale in Canada) as the buyer demand is higher than the amount of BTC we have for sale.
We are averaging ~15 BTC sold per day in the USA from our various sellers, with that number increasing each day. We have only been open 5 days.
You can charge whatever rate you want, and selling has a 0% fee!
