I think you need to tell us what your company is doing, because I think that not everyone needs and is useful for blocking.

I work for a large company which is making moves into experimenting with private blockchains which involves one department dedicated to Blockchain research.
Unfortunately, my company's management seems to still be in the same mode I see banks (although my company isn't a bank) of being Pro-Blockchain as an emerging technology with potential but not in favor of cryptocurrency.
How can I best convince my company that cryptocurrency is good and is in fact the bigger revolution (although private blockchains still have a lot of good potential)?
How can I convince my company that they should develop their own crytpocurrency and help propel forward this inevitable development and technology to help mankind?
