Which part of the world are you from? Helium miner sucks if there are not many users living nearby, you get more rewards only if there are other helium miners close by, GPU mining isn't as bad as you may think, go for Nvidia gpus like 1660s or 3060 they works very cool and quiet.

Helium mining is not profitable, it makes it profitable if your area has lots of helium hotspots and it is also based on luck.

ASIC miner is very loud and hot but GPU mining is not so noisy and hot if you build a miner with Nvidia cards. AMD cards are much hotter and noisier compared to Nvidia cards.

If you are looking for an ASIC miner with less noise check futurebit.
You can find less noise here https://www.asicminervalue.com/
Just sort them with noise to see all miners with low noise.

Is there any plug and play crypto miner that doesn't make noise and doesn't generate heat like GPU and ASIC?

And it should be profitable, and it should be cheap, and ready to be delivered right?
There is no miner that actually does something without generating heat, the only solution is to get a miner that has water cooling. like the S9 hydro (which was not that popualr_ of the upcoming S19Hydro, which, of course, nobody knows how reliable it is.

Plug and play, no heat, no noise, ..no miner!

If there's some second hand, one of the ones I remember was the antrouter r4 but make sure you use escrow or something that can cover you.

The router was R1, the R4 was a "silent" miner but at 8TH/s per 900W, you're barely getting 1.8$ a day with no free electricity at 8 cents you're losing money, the router, it hashes in GH ranges  Grin

Yes we have bobcat miner which belongs to helium coin and it's very profitable, no noise or heat like ASIC miners and GPU but not all locations around the globe are supported.

I saw many videos of DIY projects used for soundproofing noisy asic miners, and after you put them in the box and close it you couldn't hear almost anything.
There are even some premade plug'n'play silencers used specifically for asic miners, but I think they are not as cheap as making your own isolated box.
Search youtube with terms like soundproof asic miner and you will see what I am talking about.

Immersion cooling is cooling practice when IT components and other electronics, complete servers and storage devices, submerged in a thermally conductive dielectric liquid or coolant. Heat is dissipated by circulating liquid into contact with hot components, heat exchangers. Fluids used for immersion cooling have good insulating properties, can come into contact with electronic components.

There used to be a few of these that were started but I don't think they took off very well and they were probanly just a way to convince people to get into mining.

If there's some second hand, one of the ones I remember was the antrouter r4 but make sure you use escrow or something that can cover you.

It might have been possible to liquid cool crypto miners to make them usable too (but I'm not sure how possible that has become since they became more compact).

Based on what I searched. I think there's no mining rig that is quite when you turn it on to mine but there are mining rig that are not very loud like asic minung rig. So, better buy a mining rig that produces less much sound than the asic mining rig. I found a video on YouTube about a mining rig that is not as loud as other mining rigs but I don't know much about the mining rig so better search it yourself and this is its name Ipollo G1 mini or you can visit this site for information about mining rigs https://www.asicminervalue.com/.
