Nice find! I really like the combination of coins that seemingly inspired this. Looks like both some Casascius and MJB Monetary Metals in there. I wish they made it in silver or gold. I’d love to own this but have no interest in storing less valuable metals. I hope the person or company behind this expands to other metals over time.
I agree a pure silver coin or gold would have been nice! I would also like to see a DIY version so we can load the coin at the very least. I will continue to be on the lookout for any cool coins out there and will share them here if I find them!

Nice looking coin. The one flaw I see or the one thing that I think moves a commemorative to a real collectible is adding a feature like establishing the limit of the print. Why not make 500 for the 2020 copper version and add it into the real collectibles market?

You are correct. Smiley

From the product description:

"Holographic Commemorative Bitcoin, designed and manufactured in America. Inspired by the original Casascius coin, this item is an eye-catching decoration and a great gift for any crypto enthusiast."

Seems to be a commemorative coin... not a cold storage. But with the hologram sticker applied it really looks appealing.

Thanks for sharing with us! I encourage anyone who comes across cool Cryptocurrency coins of any type to share with this sub-board anytime they find something cool, even if you think only a few people may find it cool or interesting.

I hear ya but at least it's fine copper. If it were like brass then I'd be less interested. Pure silver would be cool though for sure.

indeed, this coin including hologram looks very nice and the processing seems to be successful as well.
would be nice if the auctioneer would come here in our forum to be able to give more info about this coin

You should reach out to them. I've done that many times, and normally they are very happy when you do ( Alpen coin for example).

That is pretty sweet, thanks for sharing, I'd definitely get a few if they made a diy option with the hologram for a private key to be inserted

it comes with the hologram already applied.

it comes with the hologram already applied. Their claim is that while a private key could be affixed under the holo - that the coin is sold with holo applied to be compliant with the sec. They could just sell the coin and the holo as two pieces and be just fine. let the user apply a private key of their own making.
