Thanks for everyones suggestions! I registered a couple of the domains for future use. For the minute Ive just put up a basic glype script and decided to go with the name www.shinobi.xxx mainly so I could add a ninja to the page 
Also, Im open to suggestions on what a proxy site should include, I pretty much want to develop from suggestion and feedback as proxies have been done to death, but maybe theres some nice features that I could add to make it different from the rest.

Please use HTTPS by default.
This way all trafic is encrypted, no sniffing and the firewall cannot block by url or by specific word blacklist.
