Yes, this one you got right. The middle aged generation knows English sufficiently to understand reviews in their original form. The older and younger generation are not that interested in English.

If you want high quality conversions from your reviews, they should be made directly in the localized language and listed first. For example Hungarian reviews should be at the top for visitors from Hungary, then the other ones. Your first concern should be localized navigation and site texts so people feel inclined to recommend the site.

Also, you can select the default currency by clicking selecting "settings" from the right - you can select the default currency from there

Where is the price taken from? Best option I have is this: https://bitcoinaverage.com/#RON

You may also want to translate all the text on your site to different languages, with default currency selections.
