i dont want to send my wallet away, i need to learn. that was my intention

I don't know how safe is this but I think you can run the script in offline mode to prevent the wallet from being stolen.

Be careful on the above post don't share your wallet file to untrusted people to avoid scam.

If I understood your request correctly, you want to know how the backup file is encrypted? If so, you can take a look at the recovery tool code[1].
