What terms did they violate with the report exactly? I wonder if Karpeles complained? He should know better that doing this won't stop the information being spread.
The report was hacked from MtGox database, so it's illegal to have it....
Which indicates the data is genuine, at least to some degree.
And it's still illegal to have it, you'd be liable to get sued eventually.

As you probably know wordpress has removed the Willy Report citing TOS violation, we have got some copy of the same taken from the cache
