I 100% agree that all these stats are not accurate but what is your point of view that
a) These stats are under reported ?

At first, the testing wasn't conclusive for Covid-19. Doctors admitted this. Has it become conclusive yet?

The situation is become more worse in Pakistan as the lock down is not being followed in true sense and numbers increases significantly.

Coronavirus has increased in Pakistan more than ever before However China has overtaken the United States Coronavirus is more prevalent in Spain than in Pakistan. In Spain 17,361 died, 638 died and 1,081 returned home.
Today the lockdown was partially lifted and few industries were allowed to open in Pakistan. As a result of this the number of infected cases started to increase quickly. 
A few days ago I saw in the news that the government has now banned the hospital from running a fever These are usually due to weather changes But if such a problem arises the doctor will reach out to the patient. But I think this lockdown won't last long The number of patients infected with coronavirus has decreased.
Only in china the number of cases has decreased. In rest of the world, the numbers are increasing every day. Do you have any stats to proof that number of infected cases are being decreased everyday ? Different countries will have different approaches as when they feel ending the lockdown. I hope they take better decisions in the benefit of the public.

So how this will be solved. Even in times of lock down, the number of coronavirus patient increases. So what is the benefit of this lockdown. We cannot keep the lockdown forever.
Once the lockdown is lifted, we will see more cases of coronavirus daily. I do not see any resolution to this problem.

Stay at home, do personal isolating in your room for 14 days minimum if you are the person who is back from travelling from another city. If there is nothing happen to you, keep doing isolating while you can ask your doctor to check all of your health.
The benefits of lockdown are limiting people who in and out of one places, everybody gets limit, and the government ask their people to stay at homes. If there is something happen with them such as cough or fever, they need immediately to go to the hospital to check their body.

Coronavirus has started from November 2019 in China, not in April.
The stats posted from Pakistan is pretty good compared to other countries. 52 deaths on 3.500 infections is a good rate while in countries of Europe like Italy, Spain and France they suffer around 1000 deaths each every day.

That's strange because hospital are the only institutions which would need a lot of staff in the current situation. When every other business is stopped or they have made their operations limited, the hospitals have more burden on them and how can they fire the nurses in these situation.
I have heard it from both directions:
1. That people aren't going to the hospitals much in lockdown;
2. That there has been extra hospital staff all along, and CV is causing hospitals to sen extra staff home into lockdown.
I suspect that the whole CV thing hasn't really raised the needs for hospitals any more than other years, and that the media is simply twisting the way they say things.

As the days go by, the Coronavirus is getting more and more serious Not just limited to one country but spread to the whole world The United States has the highest number of deaths and deaths from Pakistan. 42,433 deaths have been infected and 4,320 people have died And 365 people are being attacked every day.
Pakistan is not in a position to handle such high numbers of patients. Even USA is facing a lot of difficulties in handling such lot of patients. Also Pakistan cannot afford to do a full lockdown because we do not have the funds to give to people to in the situation when they have no ways of earnings.

It will not work only if the government dictates You need to be aware of yourself to protect yourself The number of people infected with the virus is increasing However some countries have come under greater control than before. I agree that underdeveloped countries do not have right equipment and method to provide the accurate data and it is also a fact that all of the world the coronavirus stats are being under reported and they hide the big number to prevent the panic. However, we have this data and we have no other choice but to agree to this data.
