You mean you will connect the 3 risers on the 6pin SATA connectors on the PSU? Is this safe?

I’m going to use 8x8pin for 4x1080TIs, 1x8pin for CPU, 1x8pin for riser and other 3x6pin for 3 other risers.
Just ordered the hardware, will try to run it next week. It will be running on Asus z270-A with Corsair AX1500i.

Hello,

I have one PSU Corsair AX1500i and moving from 3 to 4 GTX 1080ti. I am using risers with 6 pin PCIe power connectors. The AX1500i has 10 PCIe power connectors and currently there are 9 used (3 for risers and 6 for the 3 GPUs). If I want to add another GPU on the same PSU, I would like to know if it is safe to put each 2 risers on the same cable. This will give me 2 ports used for 4 risers and 8 ports used for the 4 GPUs.
