You really dont know how people will accept it until you make the proper announcement and at the same time convince the community why the community should trust the project then after that you can now talk about ICO because generally speaking from my own point of view, the forum is filled with so many ICOs and we are not ready yet for another one but if you can prove your case, I am sure you can pull through if you can stand the heat.

I already proved the security of their blockchain hub concept is broken and can't be fixed. They banned me from their Github because of this.

I believe he is, the link he gave direct us to the same website linked on the Cosmos official thread. As for why this thread even existed and on what purpose (as well as is he related to the developers) is unclear
