Bitcoin Casino Est. 2013
This firm is the pioneer in being the first one trying to sell building properties for bitcoin. I am sure the bitcoin holders which have hold the bitcoins since early year 2010 can be one of the few who can buy these properties and not regret doing it. A deal between Costruzioni Barletta and some crypto user or group of users would be directly in the news and this would be a really big support for bitcoin.

It's a good idea, although it won't help people who want to buy something anonymously and avoid taxes. It will actually create a new problem, because they will have to make a deal where the building is valued in their local currency like euro and then in bitcoin at the prices when the deal is being signed. This could cause people to back away from the deal if Bitcoin's price were to increase by like 5% in a day.

Yeah, I agree that this is a smart advertising for them and they are just riding on bitcoin popularity. But this is still a win win situation for us. Bitcoin being introduced to real state or construction industry. We all hope that there will be more sectors coming in to accept bitcoin or make bitcoin reach new customers so that the price could really skyrocket in the future.

As more and more people become aware of Bitcoin, it's normal to have companies and projects use Bitcoin as a medium of exchange and am glad to see an ECO Building Development Company bringing Bitcoin in and giving it such a good use. I remember in the Beginning Bitcoin was scoffed at by the Mainstream calling it a dodgy experiment used to buy drugs and other shady things, but now it's widely accepted and respected and more and more Bitcoin related/backed projects are happening around the World.

That is just amazing thing to know. So many of us are taking it really serious matter of fact. Bitcoin would get more popular like this if it is being used in commercial trades. Also, it will gain more value in he near future.

That is really nice thought for those movers who buying that project in the form of bitcoins. If it is liked by others then there might be craze of selling and buying in terms of bitcoins.  Liked it very much. Thanks for sharing. Cheesy

I guess they are not so interested in Bitcoin, but just to grab the opportunity to look swag in public by using money 3.0.
Smart advertisement for them, as if it success they will get a couple of good articles talking about this deal. Good ORM techniques lol

Nope the idea is that btc is tax free so at least if you buy it using btc then you could avoid some taxes and interest on both land and building. Plus it is also a good public closure or advertisement for business people who wants to invest in btc because minor advertisement don't attract them. Well this is just the start of the own economic prowess of btc.
You cannot avoid any taxes by buying with bitcoin especially when we are talking about something like real estate that has all kinds of regulations.

This is a smart marketing move same as that the MLM people did in the African countries promoting with the name of bitcoin. The scheme got big attention and user base even when the government gave warnings on the same. So already there are users who have bought house in exchange for bitcoin. Now this is just a marketing used for their project's success.

This is definitely good news for bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. if this trend keeps going everyone and their grandma will be using bitcoins! There is definitely a questionable agenda by the company doing this but it definitely isnt a bad thing for bitcoin either.

Sorry for bad English.
I didn't think that I would be seeing any real sort of growth for Bitcoin in the real estate sector within the next few years but I guess I'm wrong. To be completely honest, I don't mind being wrong in this context. It's actually kind of cool to see some companies starting to do stuff like this.

I'll look into more of what they're doing later, but the fact that they think this is something they can viably use is definitely interesting for the most part.

There is a thread where we talk about the possibility of advertising bitcoin, well, this news are publicitiy of bitcoin and good publicity. In their facebook they say that it will be an ecological building that will be sold in bitcoin and also announce that its CEO will grant an interview to the RAI that is the public television of Italy, hard to have best promotion.

That could be a very smart move.

I think realtors get 10% of real estate sales?

There probably aren't a lot of realtors dealing in crypto.

Which could mean there's an opportunity there.

That is an interesting development!  If they have even some success at moving property for Bitcoin that would get some attention.

Please keep us informed.

Your English is way better than my Italian, so no worries!  Smiley

Many of us like to get news of BTC deals happening in any country.
