scientists said that NASA computers on Apollo will reach personal computers in 50 years... hence the 70s personal computers came out

No way
I"ve been reading interview with mathematician who is quantum computer specialist
He told that quantum computers what will appear like 5 years from now will not be able to break blockchain and hurt anything blockchain related in whatever way
Maybe after next 50 years will be computers what will be able to break blockchain

Could this hypothetical QC also derive a BIP 32 seed from a public key?
