It is impossible if you just provide the ethereum address of the hackers, even if I dig down the wallet, I just found the codes and scripts on incoming or outcoming transactions. You can not disable any wallet so sorry for your loss
Similarly, you should avoid tasty offers, avoid big profit all suddenly, check every trading site to avoid logging in to a fake or clone website, don’t click any mail, always cross check every email twice before doing anything
And finally , learn from your loss
It's very disappointed and discouraging hackers are offering big profit ignore them we can learned lesson of choosing higher value but nothing at all it's either stays rare value but of course sure ball gain.

no its not possible to disable someone's wallet. you already found the hacker's address why would you need to track it. if your tokens have been stolen there's no way to recover it. sorry for your loss.

i dont know if there is away to disable wallet you can only track the address where it will send and base in etherscan the token already sell at etherdelta.
