Depending on the nature of the offense, anyone can effect a warrantless arrest, in most states, for a felony, misdemeanour or "breach of peace". The felony need not be witnessed by the arresting citizen.

Then I would like to know where is corzine... who owns the gold mine in Haiti, what is going in various Ukrainian gas corp board... what really happened at the airport with billy the rapist... then there is all those gmos - fracking - international trade deal, mh117 (the plan in Ukraine). I am sure there are way more than those little incidents. Justice for the sailors exposed to fuku trails...

Anyway Hillary wins she keep her job or move up OR Hillary loses and then will see what will happen.
