I hope not.  Hundred of thousands for a rediculous nft that provided no value was bound to eat people's money.  Can the make a comeback sure why no, greed drives a lot of repetitive markets in crypto.  Doesn't mean they provide anymore value than they did before.  I feel like meme markets have taken over for the nft market.

It seems the market is getting back on track, with BTC in the green again. I've noticed that the market tends to turn green towards the weekend, but I'm still trying to figure out the reason behind that. With this new development, I've started exploring other projects, mostly NFT-based narratives like Memeland, Pixelmon, and Mocaverse.

These projects have been making waves, even though we thought NFT narratives were gone for good. Mocaverse, in particular, has caught my attention - it's a collection of 8,888 unique NFTs by Animoca Brands that connects people and projects in Web3, gaming, and entertainment. What are your thoughts on such projects? Have you checked out any NFT projects recently?
I am familiar with the Mocaverse, and this project is very similar to the Ultiverse, which has previously launched. However, there is nothing special about this project, and the unique NFTs are quite valuable simply because they will allow you to be eligible for an airdrop from Mocaverse.

Look at the image above; it has already been traded on the whales market and on several exchange sites prior to market trading. There is nothing special about its NFT, but many people are looking for information on airdrop eligibility.
The value of NFT may have dropped significantly following the announcement of snapshoot or airdrop.

Nah. NFT's aint coming back. It was a stupid idea in the first place. Crypto people needed that ICO v2.0 and that's why NFT's became a thing (only for a while) If NFT's were solving a real world problem, they wouldn't lose their popularity. People don't invest in NFT's, because they know it is a scam. They brought some pump&dump action to the crypto world and then they collapsed. People need to come up with better ideas but they can't. It is because bitcoin exists... and it does almost everything what you could expect from a crypto currency. It only fails at being a visa/mastercard replacement but that's a physical limitation. No crypto can accomplish it and stay decentralized at the same time.

I have high hopes for Mocaverse but not sure how it will playout. I was involve in the test net and have monitored the development with huge partnership. For some reasons I couldn't earn enough point but will definitly visit Bitget premarket for a bite cos my current point is just 394 when others are already in thousands.

Every project that's newly launched or you firstly have heard is always making waves. But wait for it for a couple of months or several, you'd see that there will be a drop for its narrative and demand. I know that many of us here are very enthusiastic about these web3 matters, games, real world assets and other stuff. But the narrative isn't going to last with what's current in the market.

What's going to last is no doubt Bitcoin, Ethereum and probably some other competitors of it like Solana, BNB and other top altcoins that have been chosen by the community. The last time that I've seen people got hyped by NFTs was with the BAYC and I have no updates about them anymore and it's either that they've just remained silent and just took their losses.

huge chance that it has something to do with how humans act during the weekends.

we usually go out or spend money during the weekends and this can be observed in different kinds of market. it is generally good news for the economy during friday-sunday but drops down again during monday

NFT narrative will never be as huge as it was before though in my opinion and i'm talking about the NFT which revolves around selling overly inflated digital art.

the rest of NFT that acts sort of like identification that you're a crypto enthusiast like crypto punk, pudgy penguin and so on is the one that is making comeback.

just not too long ago crypto punk was bought for hefty amount, don't know the reason but it seems these kind of NFT has its own market full of rich people. not to mention NFT like pudgy penguin being used as a twitter profile picture of VanEck.

it's always the NFT that is being shilled by big crypto influencers that got highly valued, the other? mostly just being used for speculation, like some of the NFT you mentioned, most of them are being bought for the purpose of speculation that the airdrop distributed to these NFT will outweigh the prices.

I am huge fan of NFTs, and I believe in their comeback! I am waiting for the new blue chips that will be the king of the next NFT bullrun. From the current NFTs, I'm a fan of Azuki and MadLads

Same here. I think in these few months we've seen good increase of nfts activity. Likes of borpa and mocaverse like op mentioned has gained momentum. They've made the first step in enabling trading of their token via pre market.

I just don't know why I don't believe in NFT projects this time around; they barely even catch my attention. I mean, I don't see them as anything when I'm trying to analyse which crypto is my investment and which isn't.

I still continue to see NFT-based projects and tokens as something that's seasonal, and their pricing is based on the hype. Without them being hyped and promoted, there is no use case for them that can backup the token value for a long period of time.
They might just modify that concept a little bit. ICO was a huge thing back in time, but amount of scams that acronym was associated with made people distrust everything ICO related, so people started to sell their tokens in CEXes callng them IEOs, or in DEXes calling them IDOs. And now they seem to be just referred as token sales last time i heard. Even though the concept is basically still ICO.

But i don't know if NFTs need to change. They just mooned too fast, and it seemed obvious that they are going to crash. However, just the amount of free airdrops people have been getting with some of those tokens is mind blowing, and definitely a reason to hold. Imho proof of owning NFTs without transparent wallet would be next step, and that can happen with zero knowledge tech. Because i always found it weird that in order to show off my NFTs, i will reveal my wallet.
