Of course not. But that's not the real question. The real question is if the United States could survive the consequences of an action like that. A lot of well armed countries, like China and Russia, may decide that the USA is a too big danger for this planet, and act accordingly.

Of course, North Korea will be flattened by US. They are threatening but this threats cannot be ignored in the region and even with the US. There are issues between US and Korea and still hurts the North Korean even more than 50 years had past.The US bombed them during the Korean War and it is still freah and unresolved in their minds.
North Korea may be flattened by the Americans in the initial few hours. But even if just 50% of the population survives, they will launch a powerful counter-attack against the American bases in Japan and South Korea (probably using nukes). And this will cause tens of millions of casualties on both the sides.

They can even shoot some US jets because they have lot of anti air systems and missiles, and some are similar to S-300.
Not just the American bases in Japan and South Korea, but almost all of the mainland US is within the range of North Korean ICBMs. Imagine the scenario in which the DPRK launches 50 nuclear ICBMs against the Americans. Even if just two or three of them reaches the intended target, they can cause death and destruction to millions of people.

They will be totaly destroyed if they try 1v1 against US but for example if they get any deffence systems from russia (it was alreany proven that they used russian parts in their weapons) they can survive for some time.

It goes both ways. The North Koreans are provoking the Americans by conducting new nuclear and missile tests, while the Americans are provoking the North Koreans by conducting military exercises so close to the maritime borders of North Korea. As long as these remain as provocations, I simply don't care. But they should not step over the line.

North Korea would crumble on itself without mountains of support from actually profitable nations. They wouldn't stand a chance against the full might of the US, not any more than a sick child stands a chance against a roided young Mike Tyson. Only thing they might be useful for is as a martyr for China & Russia to have an excuse to retaliate. North Korea is not a threat to anyone, let alone the US, if not a threat to themselves.

A more interesting question might be, can the world really survive if the United States fired upon North Korea? It would likely set off a runway train that would be hard to get back under control. What happens when the nuclear winds spread into China? Or the conventional weapons wreaking havoc on South Korea before they can be destroyed? How many nukes would the USA want to use, one on Pyongyang or many spread across the country? There are too many variables, but millions of people would die. Unfortunately North Korea seems intent on suicide.

No NK would not survive, the problem is the collateral damage to the region. Seoul and its metropolitan area with millions of people are in range of the old artillery of NK. Hours of conventional artillery fire on that region can hardly be avoided in a case of war. Besides that nobody has a real intrest in fighting this war, there is nothing to gain from it and the costs of a unification would be horrendous for South Korea. It would be exponentially higher that what the German unification cost was because the inequality between the 2 countries are much higher than compared to Germany in the late 80s.
North Korea will not survive if the US will fight against them. We all know that America is a strong a powerful country. They are rich in technology and weapon. North Korea also have this weapon but not powerful like what America have. So if America bombed and release nuclear missile to north Korea, they will not survive because north Korea is just a small country.
