Anything that increases supply is inflationary. The challenge is in getting inflation to a level which is sustainable and manageable, POS should be far better suited to that than POW

of course pos can be iflationary. For example look at these pos coins with an roi of 10000 % or more they are decreasing in value very fast cause the amount is increasing

The title says NOT inflationary.

Sorry I read it as "Couldn't PoS be inflationary in nature?" instead of "Could PoS be not inflationary in nature?"

Read Myth 10 on this page http://peercoinmyths.com/

The bottom line is a 2% yearly inflation or whatever number of inflation they set it to is inflationary in nature versus PoW-like linear creation of coins. While the adoption rate might catch up with the inflation thereby driving the price down.

I think you mean deflationary...?

Yes, PoS block rewards can be adjusted the same way as PoW.

Could you link me to a whitepaper describing the working of deflationary PoS blocks? Seems that most don't offer an actual solution but are rather cheap "hacks" which are all easily exploited.
