Even if I downloaded Google Play store apk file on my PC, transferred the apk file to my phone, and tried to login, still something went wrong.
What is the "something went wrong"? Maybe the problem is not the application but Google Play Services try ----> https://www.oscrunch.com/2018/12/26/download-google-installer-apk-chinese-android-phones/.
I did not visit China so I do not know the type of ban but in some countries just delete the Google Play data and use VPN to solve the problem.
Also, try running Android on your PC and then downloading the wallet application.

You can probably try the app linked by TryNinja, but personally if I were in your situation, I would probably request an APK from Celsius itself, juuuust to be sure. You're probably going to deposit decent amounts of money to them, so I definitely wouldn't go lazy on stuff like this.

Try contacting them perhaps?

Both links are from their official website: https://celsius.network/

However, TryNinja's 2nd link above was linked to v2.6.
Just use his 1st link and press "request update" then generate download link, it will be updated to the latest version (I've already requested, so the search will be short).
Yeah, I didn't notice you actually need to "request/refresh" the app apk manually when a new version come out. It seems like it already updated to the latest version.

For you own safety I would recommend you ask anyone who is willing to send you files to post them here in this thread for everyone to see. Someone who knows what they are doing could check the links and post feedback. Don't just randomly click and download stuff you get on PM or to your email.

If is strange that Celsius Network asked me for their latest version of their app when I tried to withdraw my bitcoin. I am already using a 3.0 something wallet.
If it isn't v3.1.0, it will not work. The latest update was on June 21.

Be careful with what people send to you. How would you make sure the apk is legit and isn't tampered to steal your coins/credentials?

If you want to risk you, you can try a website that takes APK from the play store and give it to you as a direct link download.

In this case: https://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/?id=network.celsius.wallet
(P.S: I'm not vouching for this website and I can't confirm if they are legit; DOWNLOAD IT AS YOUR OWN RISK).

If you can send me a Celsius Network apk file that work, please reply to this post and I will send you my E-mail.
