Why develop a wallet from the scratch If there is something already open source and being updated on a regular basis? If you want an SPV wallet then you have Electrum, the iOS version is not out yet but It should be soon.
Thanks for your info,do you mean the Electrum wallet could support others coin too?

Just like coins are open source, wallets are too. If you want to make it compatible with other wallets then you could but you will need some programming knowledge (Python to be more specific in this case). DASH for example, made Electrum compatible with their coin.
Is there a step by step tutorial  of this? I will pay for it.

It looks like you are searching for someone to develop a light weight wallet for your altcoin, you need to hire some app developers if your coin is not a bitcoin clone. But if it is just a bitcoin clone than i think you can modify https://copay.io/ mobile wallet, which is open source to support your coin.
Thanks,And I don't quite understand what do you means about the bitcoin clone?I think most of the altcoin is the clone of Bitcoin.

It's not quite clear what you are asking. Electrum is a Bitcoin only wallet, although it can be ported to support other currencies, and the iOS version should only be able to support Bitcoin. If they add altcoin support, they'd probably do it for the PC version first.

A SPV Server is not a wallet. It is a server that Electrum uses to get the transactions and blockchain data from. Running an SPV server on a phone is largely pointless, as you'd need internet connection at all times for it to be useful.

If you are asking for someone to develop an SPV wallet that supports altcoins, move this to the Altcoins section.
yes,you are right .The SPV is a tech ,not a wallet version. thanks for your explanation.
