Yus! I lowered my faucet to give only 10 Satoshi, lost only 20% of the traffic to the site, why 
it doesn't pay off, even at 10 satoshi per person I am still operating at a loss, people got used to banners, and so why people still keep coming? they don't care for the value of those 10 satoshi right now, they care for it later, and if many believe that bitcoin is of high value which at some point will be than it will be ;p

most definitely yes. the price just needs to reach a price level of at least $5000 at some point in the future. i am sure it will happen in the very long term. we just need to have patience.

It can be as some already mentioned the price increase and also it could be much much sooner done in some countries that the rates of their fiat is so low, for instance in my country of residence (Iran), the items could be called in satoshi instead since 1 Iranian Rial is compared to 0.000033 US Dollar only at the time of posting this so it depends on the country using it perhaps

What needs to happen for the growth of bitcoin to be such that the price of your every day items is measured in satoshi, rather than bitcoin?

For this to happen Bitcoin would ment to be world currency.Remember 1BTC can be subdivided to 100 million satoshis.
For instance you buy a cappuccino in a Cafe for 10 satoshi or so, owning 1 BTC would make you incredibly rich.
The chance for this to happen is really low imo. But price being measured in bits seems more realistic I believe.
But also this needs several decades to happen.Basis for this is that Bitcoin will have to succeed and being widely accepted all around the world. Right now from actual point of development in BTC this is more a dream, but what would life be without dreams right?!

Yes this can happen , this should logically happen when there is a huge price increase but no one really knows when and it may take few years and few halving block reward till it happens (if bitcoin don't die before that anyway) .

mmh probably at least a 3k times bigger marketcap(right now 1 satoshi is $0,000003343, we need 0.01), so you have 1 satoshi 1 cent, because below 1 cent it would be really tedious to do it

Hmm,that is a good question but bitcoin should reach a really big price so this can happen.I hope it is possible but I don't really can predict whether and when this can happen.
