If you really want to pay :tenbux: to a forum, there's one out there that will gladly and still give you your share of bitcoin discussion. Please try to avoid shitting all over the place like Matthew did when he passed by.

Also like repentance said, theymos has gained donations and I think that is enough or way more than needed to run the site.
The only way what you say would work, is people spend 0.0005 Bitcoin to be allowed to make 100 posts or something?
Although again, people would leave the forum in that case, especially because this forum doesn't need it. (although a tip bot like in reddit would be pretty cool, theymos could take 1% fee for all tips)
