While it isn't a solution as to why the image proxy isn't working, overall ShareX is a better alternative to Gyazo/Lightshot. It allows you to upload the images to Imgur automatically, which is almost guaranteed to work with the image proxy.

That's why it was working before and not it doesn't work. Lightshot used to upload images to imgur. Now it doesn't.

I use Irfanview to capture screen images. That makes it easy to resize, rotate and edit images.

You probably just need to resize the image. Try that.

I use lightshot application which allows to capture a part of the screen. I select a part of the screen with the mouse and it automatically uploads it into a link.
It is a very useful application. I can't resize the image.
