You can't buy Mastercoins by sending Bitcoins to the Exodus address any longer. However, it appears that there are already sites popping up where you can buy them from people who already purchased during August, albeit at a premium.

I don't know how legitimate these sites are, and it may be wise to investigate further before sending any funds to them.

Perhaps a list of trusted/authorized exchanges and websites may be a good thing to add to the Mastercoin wiki (http://wiki.mastercoin.org/index.php/FAQ).

Well, just over 12 hours after the end of the fundraiser, and it looks like there were only 4 invalid transactions, one of them by only 10 seconds Sad

Over 4700 Bitcoins raised in a month is a fantastic achievement, at Coinbase's current rate that just over $620 000!

I'm sure all the other investors will join me in wishing everyone involved in the development of MasterCoin the best of luck. May it exceed our wildest expectations!!

Once the countdown timer reaches zero you will no longer be able to purchase MasterCoins by sending bitcoins to the Exodus Address. From September onwards the only way to obtain MasterCoins will be to buy them from someone who has already purchased them during August.
