Thx, for this hones answer from the core of Armory. As i stated, if you know of any other service, tool or project, that helps for counterpary cold storage, that would be fantastic.

Is there no simple service that lets us prepare offline transactions?

You can run a ArmoryDB instance behind a http daemon and connect to it with just the client to that effect. I would suggest waiting for supernode and socket encryption before doing that first however. You can setup a proof of concept atm though.

Ok there is a armory_utxsvr for counterparty. I thought, how wonderful is that, I will just use Armory for my counterparty assets. Thing is, that both online hosted counterparty wallets do not support creation of offline transactions any more. It seem the armory_utxsvr used to much space on their sever or something. Now I am wondering if I should set up my own counterparty node? Seems cumbersome however.

Is there no simple service that lets us prepare offline transactions? I mean basically a service where you just need the public key, it scans the address for any bitcoin and counterparty tokens and let's you prepare offline transactions. If the service would vanish, it wouldn't be too bad as sweeping addresses is quite easy, so the tokens would not be stuck.

I am just looking for a good counterpart cold storage solution which lets me spend tokens with relative ease. Do any of you know any HW wallets that support it? I have a Trezor but would also be willing to buy another one if needed. What is your way of doing this? There are millions worth of counterparty tokens. I can't believe that all these lay in hot wallets.

Thanks for any advice. Mostly appreciated.
