This will be great! I first plan to direct the donations to Phil. redcross, though, my intentions on promoting bitcoin and crypto would be better with your suggestion. Soon, I'll do my best to update the website and post the actual link here on bitcointalk to help boost donation support to our fundraising campaign here.

When busting some scams last year and i remember coming across a ring of about 10 websites having the same image you used as their background

The image I used was captured in Makati City Philippines. I think what you are pertaining are the icons. Those icons came from an extension I used in developing the website. That could be the reason it was somehow the same with other sites you already saw.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
Awesome initiative. i would like to comment about the background image used thou. Not sure if it comes with the website's template but that image is so common in most websites.

Secure and Anonymous crypto exchange service

Basically, my goal here is to help and contribute to my fellow people around the world because I believe that we are all a victim of this crisis.  In addition, I also want to raise bitcoin and altcoin adoption and I think it is a possible way to take advantage of the situation and utilize donations through cryptocurrency. - Any suggestions, about the UI, content, or features, you may help me develop this site.

sorry, but it’s impossible to evaluate the interface when there is no access to the site.
Concerning the addresses of donation wallets: you can use the addresses of charitable foundations or join the fundraising campaign on bitcointalk (as indicated by Coyster), or any other official campaign.

'Life's but a walking shadow'!
So here's what I think of, I've included my personal wallet address but I don't really want the future donations (if there will be), to transfer to my personal accounts. I would like to ask and seek suggestions if you could provide a legit bitcoin, ethereum or gcash fundraising campaign for me to replace the addresses I've putted to my page.
There is an ongoing covid-19 fundraising campaign going on in this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54213861. I don't know how exactly you want to run your website, but you can put the wallet addresses in that thread up on your site, the users running as well as escrowing that fundraising campaign(Irfan_pak10 and minerjones) are trusted bitcoin community members, it's much easier for users to donate funds to that campaign as they are sure the money will be getting to those affected by this pandemic outbreak.(I don't know how willing people will be sending funds directly to your personal address, with no escrow or track record of positive trust).

Nice. But how can we critique your website's UI when you don't put the URL here?

What do you mean by providing you legit addresses? You can just create new addresses solely for this purpose and then you can convert it to your local currency PHP and donate it to your LGU's, or to your Phil. Red Cross headed by Richard Gordon. Good luck.

I've created a Covid Awareness website in order to have a contribution in imparting knowledge and awareness to people around the world through various youtube tutorials using html, css and javascript. I've also trying to help fundraising campaigns that mainly intended to help front liners through donations using Bitcoin, Ethereum and Gcash App(a digital app in Philippines).

I'm quite having allot of time to develop this, and I need to seek help on how I could further improve my website.

This is a snippet from the home page:

It doesn't have original article contents yet, but I've included pages about donation and COVID19tracker.

This is the donation page:

I also added a COVID19 tracker to easily view cases from today and yesterday around the world using public API from: https://corona.lmao.ninja

Here it is:
