To start - Im looking to start "fun" mining as I basically want an excuse to start a new project
. I have done a bit of research into these two pool reward types. I have "dabbled" a bit with BTCguild and fully understand PPLNS. I pretty much get CPPSRB although have never used this type of pool.When it comes to a small hash rate, which is the best pool type to pick? Im looking at Eligius for CPPSRB or BTCGuild for PPLNS.
I understand CPPSRB has a cap so my assumption is that with a low hash miner im never going to be close to a cap? Or I am wrong saying that?
Is it also correct to say if you don't hit a certain number of shares with CPPSRB you receive no reward?
Any info/experience with these pools appreciated.

Just to note, Low hash mining in my case = 30-40GH/s
