You are using VERY outdated software - try running Stak-XMR or Cast instead.
That card should be cabable of more like 200 to perhaps 300 ballpark.

1050 ti won't be a lot higher hashrate, but it WILL soak a lot less power.

well, i think it's because your gpu has "Dedicated Memory: 995 MB". I think if dedicated memory of your gpu is 4gb then it'll so much better. cmiiw, i'm just newbie here.  Roll Eyes

Old GPU vs New CPU, its not fair bro
ETN is cryptonight algorihm, and cryptonight algo is good for CPU mining

Why not to compare gtx560 with Pentium or some Sempron?

This isn't a surprising result.

The GTX 650 is a weak GPU, by today's standards. On top of that, Nvidia's GPUs were not competitive options for mining until the 10-series was released, and perhaps the GTX 9xx series.

Cryptonight is also not an algorithm that Nvidia GPUs (especially older ones) are especially great for, in general.

The CPU is a mid-range ivy bridge processor, which is old, but still not too shabby. (Do note that for the past few years, GPU performance gains have {arguably} been quite a bit greater than those on the CPU side.)

Lastly, cryptonight is designed to keep CPUs reasonably competitive. While the rumor that mobile/laptop CPU-mining ETN would be feasible was largely BS, cryptonight coins remain an option for CPU mining.

The GPU is very old and slow. Don´t expect anything from it. You should get a new one if you want to do mining, minimum gtx1060 or rx570

I see. Thank you for your replies. I am thinking about getting GTX 1050 Ti, considering the electricity bill here in the PH. PH Miners would say GTX 1050 Ti would be the most profitable regarding with Price, electricity bill.

Would you agree on getting GTX 1050 Ti GPU instead?

When mining ETN, my CPU has about 150h/s while my GPU only gets about 20h/s.
What is/are the factor/s that makes my CPU mine more than my GPU?

-Thanks in advance for replies. Mining newbie here. Smiley

Upgrade your Graphics card to get more hashes per second.

I'm joining the person before me. GPU actually should be more profitable, it looks kinda strange for me. Might you try another coin to check the stats? If the situation is the same...well, actually not sure about that

I think it depends on coin but GPU was always more profitable than CPU mining. It is kind of strange thing.
