Hi,

I woke up checked my PC it was staking all night and at this moment too but im confused because CPU usage on task manager is 0% but still staking, i restarted pc but still same issue what could go wrong?

My processors 2, when i setgenerate true 2 Task Manager shows CPU Usage 51% but in sec goes down to 1-2 percent

Obviously this is your first time staking, it doesn't require extensive power to your computer just like when you are mining a coin because it doesn't do anything and just allowed it to sync, I have staked some coins in the past and I can even run 4 staking wallets and my computers don't give issues at all, can you tell us what coins are you staking now.

The major feature to staking is that its an online system of very low requirements by its users, its really a million miles away from the normal system of mining.     I'm really a big fan of proof of staking and I did believe it would break through and propagate across crypto users far more by now.    Ultimately mining will always go onto industry to be centralised, refined via economies of scale and is far more conventional but staking is closer to real capitalism imo which is capital and means of production with the people.   Modern economies we all know are centralised, big banks and political statements with stimulus and so on, a world away from true capitalism.
Yes its low resources and very well may show 0%, CPU cycles can still clear light work in an idle state they are designed to save energy nowadays in this way.  Staking is far more eco friendly and dont let anyone ever try to argue pow has to be the system for crypto, I really dont think it is but we are a young sector still I guess.

Staking means that you keep your coins in the wallet and that's all you do.
I think that you confuse staking with PoW mining.

Maybe you should read articles like https://www.cryptoaims.net/lesson/what-is-staking-and-how-it-works/
(maybe search for even better ones, I've just got a random article)

For staking the only CPU you use is for the wallet running, which should be 0 or very close to that.

Edit: setgenerate on the other hand may start CPU-mining (if it's mixed PoW/PoS), check for your actual coin devs what you are doing there. You didn't state what coin is that.
