Just had a chat with Coastermonger. Really cool guy definitely not this other scammer.
I don't know who's who anymore but from the picture I can see "Coastermonger".

These link to the fact that the machine is maybe in Indiana and some guy in orangecounty is trying to sell it as well? I emailed the guy from craigslist and gave him my phone number and we talked for an hour. I recorded ~30min.
His number 760-705-8888 - Apparently scammers use this phone number after I looked into it!

He said:
- He was in the underground business for selling FPGAs
- He just relocated to Nevada
- The price was negotiable and so he lowered it to $2000...
- Called me the next day and said someone was also interested in buying it for 10BTC but I can have it first for 10BTC.
- He wasn't technical so that's why he's selling it.
- He knows Coastermonger in Indiana.
- I asked him how is he selling FPGAs if he wasn't technical. He said I know how to put the motherboard / graphics cards / CPU / RAM together on an FPGA - LOL!
