Are you guys betting on majors too?
After the Dota 2 international ive been keeping my eye on CSGO bets too but this is just like what happen on my bettings on dota2 where favorite teams loses out on their first games which we cant really
expect for it to happen even we do stick on safe plays but anything can happen and burn your bet. Cheesy

Astralis won on their first game against Navi 16-14 +2.
Yeah, in dota2 everything can happen, even underdogs team can win The international like OG. I'm also waiting on CSGO major though, btw astralis won again today.
I didnt even expect for OG to win that TI8. My bet was on LGD.

By the way these are the updates for the legend stage https://liquipedia.net/counterstrike/FACEIT/2018/Major/Legends_Stage

Second day's here, and it looks like everything has been going almost as expected today, though not all matches have been played out yet.

TyLoo 7-16 BI
Winstrike 7-16 Fnatic
Vega Squadron 4-16 Astralis

I forsee BIG going 3-0 in their group with their strong performance so far- the fact that they managed to 16-5 Faze was pretty incredible. I'm also personally going medium on Hellraisers in their match versus Cloud9 as the American team has been struggling recently, and Hellraisers managed to put up a good fight against G2. I'm also going for a medium bet on CompLexity in their match versus G2. Odds are decent for both sides on this match, and I think the North American team has good enough teamwork and individual aim to win out against G2.

I absolutely am, and it's great watching the major and seeing individual player strategies as well as team strategies. I play on an ESEA League team, and although I'm not an IGL, I gain a lot gameplay-wise just watching the players and analyzing what they do in certain situations; I can apply a lot of the things these teams do to my own gameplay, and I feel it improves me as a player. Besides that, it's just very entertaining to watch, especially with a comeback like the one between MIBR and TyLoo- their CT side was incredibly solid and they had the mental willpower to come back from an 11:4 half. I've always been a TyLoo fan, and that was one of the most intense games I've watched in a while. Came out today barely positive in winnings.

There's still even more to come as well, as today's only been the first group stages of the tournament. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. These are the matches tomorrow as detailed by HLTV.org (I highly suggest using this site if you don't already for tracking matches):

1-0 pool
BIG vs. TYLOO
compLexity vs. G2
Vega Squadron vs. Astralis
NiP vs. Liquid

0-1 pool
Natus Vincere vs.  FaZe
mousesports vs.  MIBR
Cloud9 vs.  HellRaisers
Winstrike vs.  fnatic

MIBR,FAZE,Astralis all the favourite teams losing their first matches!
A very bad day for Esports Gamsters.
Most of the matches went to OT, so it was sheer bad luck.Every team seems to be performing equally well.
Gonna put my money only on safe bets now.
Fortunately I lost only 50$s, but could have been more.Phew~
